Don't you love the way the Announcement says

But the fine print shows that it's not quite a done deal.
"Should the terms of the Put and Call
Option Agreement be exercised by the respective parties, then settlement is expected late this year"
So if the respective parties don't excercise the agreement then it's back on the market yet again........
