The market seems to have differing views on the latest HY figures. The sellers seem to think the stock is worth twice as much as the buyers atm (1.5c vs 3c). As for me, I thought the results weren't as bad as expected and it looks as though CPK have taken nearly all the losses they're going to. Martha Cove is in sell off mode with construction completed, so it should contribute earnings from now on. Paradise Resorts is being retained, so that there'll be something left to develop when the overall market recovers. And the remaining land at GCI is being sold with settlement in June. This sucker's not dead and there's light at the end of the tunnel imho.
