Post on Day Trading thread sys judge has delayed decision for another month to "calculate using formulas" - not sure if this is true - if so the stacked selling may be a stop loss raid or short termers getting out as expected decision today. Sounds to me like CHM will be awarded something, but may be a while before we know how much.
