Watso, the western mindset operates in a different dimension to the tribal law that operates in the Arab world. The obsession with
elections, democracy and equality cannot be shoved down their throats, because chaos ensures. Those changes have to evolve and cannot be grafted on to those societies.
Take the brilliance of Obama talking up the Arab Spring and the subsequent slaughter in Egypt,Libya, Syria and Yemen. Tribes that co-existed through accommodation had that balance disrupted by the naive western idea that Democracy must be enforced on all nations. Sometimes it fits George Bernard Shaw's description - 51 fools ruling over 49 wise men.
