Well, I dont understand how a break of 14c yields a price target...

    Well, I dont understand how a break of 14c yields a price target of $1. Certainly not a target based on any charting technique that i'm aware of.

    Aside from that, "strategic" is not a binary adjective, so Nasa is within his right to use it; it's simply a question of whether it has any meaning and if so, how much and in what timeframe.

    It's well established that their market is still small, so until the company can show the investment community that they have the ability to generate some predicable cash flows, the share price is unlikely to go nuts. Once they have all licenses, producing shafts and contracts signed for their premium product, at premium prices, it's much more likely the price will start pushing higher.
