    From memory Captain you sold VEI at 50c with a 2 for 3 rights issue attached so the real price you sold was about 43 to 44C and you are underwater and it is nothing to skite about.

    I note your comments regarding corrective laser surgery and VEI but to me that shows you don't understand the business at all. They don't have a high reliance on corrective laser surgery at all.

    I would like to see your maths on your value of VEI at 40 to 41.5c. It will probably be a floored as telling people you sold at 50c and will buy back in at 40-41.5c

    You are saying that the company is worth about 5 times Ebitda when the sector average is about 10.

    2014 EBITDA is conservatively 25M so times 10 less expected debt is EV of circa $220M. The market cap after cap raising will be circa $85M.

    That is, on rough maths 80-90c per share in value. How the hell are you getting a value of 40-41.5c per share.
