Would a possibility exist in a parallel universe where... should...

Would a possibility exist in a parallel universe where... should they decline the request, Decide to keep it suspended until shareholder approval is granted? or are they just trying to stymie the flood that they will have to deal with and tolerate not issuing speeding tickets for a period of time as the share price increases exponentially? And I'm asking myself what did this post add? If nothing else ...helped with the suspense and try and use all the smilies.
