you are not suggesting the ASX might actually do there job and give VEC an answer on or before the deadline mentioned, really how long would it take them to make the decision based on there rules which they do not like to compromise on, I cannot see why or how we will get a waiver so just rubber stamp it with declined and let us move on to an open,
