I don't suppose that you're truly suggesting that the pump and dump has already occurred... before the key players who have been allocated their shares have gotten in? Nah. It's a pretty video and I've seen it before, but I would hardly think that the sp for VEC has even played out on the macro level that the video shows.

I think we've seen these 1c levels before, and we will see the 2c and 3c levels again and perhaps far beyond that.
