sciaticstate, I dont believe we are waiting for the EGM, I am of the belief that the shares have been sent across to MGI and as Jason tweeted he was heading to Dubai, then JoBurg before Lubumbashi, IMO he was only going to Dubai to collect and sign for a big fat check, dropped it in on his way through, so hopefully we will get an announcement to that effect shortly that it is done and dusted, I would think that VEC would like it all confirmed before they strut into the Africa Indaba conference next Monday
