Thank you for your great summary of the outcome of the BAR20 liquor licence saga. I never thought that a Supreme Court Judge would call an experienced VCAT Senior Member biased.
In a couple of weeks we will have the PPN full year accounts. With the Victorian taxpayers funding 100% of PPN's Supreme Court costs and the possibility that insurance may cover some of the lost income due to customers thinking BAR20 had been shut down, the balance sheet for 2010/11 might not be too bad.
