Unless PPN's legal team can find some specific question of law, more shareholders funds would be wasted appealing to the Supreme Court.

Subsection 148(1) of the VCAT Act provides that a party to a proceeding may appeal, on a question of law, from an order of the tribunal if (relevantly) a judge of the trial division of the court gives leave to appeal.

Perhaps the CEO should take responsibility and resign, even if he is the majority shareholder.
