Do you know if the share holders were notified of the miss conduct warning back in 2008.

As for availability of directors, I would imagine there are more than you think. My wife and I are both company directors and both skilled in retail.
How ever we don't live in Melbourne, I would be surprise if there was no one in Melbourne willing to do the job.
