The ASX announcement on 30 Aug 2010 said that VCAT had deferred the date of the BAR20 liquor licence hearing until 25 October 2010.
I have checked the VCAT Daily List for 25/10/10 and the hearing is not listed.
Deferred again? Police case dropped for lack of evidence? A settlement has been reached?
It doesn't look as if shareholders will get any news about the BAR20 liquor licence prior to the AGM
With the Vic state election coming up in November, this is not a good time for the Govt's dirty laundry to be hung out for public display in a VCAT hearing. I wouldn't be surprised if the police have asked for the hearing to be deferred until after the election.
