There is no information available as to what happened at the VCAT hearing the other day but there has been nothing listed in the VCAT daily law list since then.

More than likely the case, expected to take 8 days, has been adjourned. I doubt whether we will hear the outcome prior to the release of the full year P & L due at the end of August.

I was surprised to find that the VCAT offices at 55 King St are directly across the street from Bar20.

VCAT should know the area very well but King St is very different during the day as there are probably more drunks around than at night.

If they ever run short of space for hearings, I am sure Bar 20 could rent them the big room where PPN had the AGM last year. PPN could even throw in some of their nice fresh Sandwiches that everyone enjoyed so much at the AGM.
