I think Chinese might be precluded from [directly] participating on market given their declared intentions and possible undertakings to GDO;

I suspect anyone who lodges a significant shareholding notice late would not be a pioneer of that sin... so possible to accumulate then declare their sin ... isn't that the point of the confessional!!!

At the end of the day probably just someone spread trading but large chunk late in the day for no real reason always pricks my imagination...
