Niban, just for the record I don't fly Virgin exclusively. I have been booked (by other people in my organisation) on Qantas in the last 6 months, and still found the service poor and the staff surly. To balance the story though, they haven't been late on these occasions.
Certainly no unwashed masses on any flights I've been on.
