Looks like we need to keep complaining. Obviously the AVIR directors were hanging shareholders out to dry if they can suddenly find an extra 22% value for holders. You really get the sense that this deal is suspect. I’m not sure why I keep looking and posting about this crap company. I suppose it’s addictive watching this tragic tale reach its final conclusion. Oh what could of been. Goes to show that you must never trust management to always do the right thing. Greed and incompetence are common bedfellows..
