Vaxart Merger

Seems like the end of the road for an independent BTA/AVIR with this merger. Can't understand sp dive though - opening at 96c and closing at 68c on $15m turnover .the blah suggests a value of $60m for AVIR's net assets - around double today's price.
Vaxart doesn't seem to be NASDAQ listed and no refernce to a listing on other markets - i assume a private company.
Will enter a 'sell' at $1 or maybe a few cents more - not selling for less.
