I find all these people coming out at around the same time as very interesting, I mean the Rockerfella's in particular have made squillions out of oil, the Queen also has been a significant holder of oil.
I think this is all related.
Whatever they are doing you can bet there will be governments being influenced as to what they should be doing.
Obama has been talking up EV's so maybe there are some big jumps in some EV's like Tesla and the US car manufacturers.
That would be my guess, and perhaps battery manufacturers again like Tesla. Tesla is being pushed very hard around the world.
