Bogle is legendry no doubt. So was Carret and Fisher who's ideas are so relevant today as they were when they were written.

I think Carret summed it up perfectly when he said (and mind you from a guy who Warren used to listen to) that he does not know when to get in and out of the markets so hes always fully invested.
