I wouldnt be worried about the price *too* much regarding quality LIC's. As one HC favourite always keeps reminding us, the best time to purchase quality parts of a business is when you have the available funds to do so at both manic and golden times.
Its actually a good lesson for when a downturn does occur, the best opportunities do arise as Mr Market offers us pieces of businesses at attractive levels based on the fear and emotion of a panic seller.
