    Hey Teddie. Have you seen the latest AVL presentation? Apparently they will be the next high grade V producer. We'll see about that eh?

    I wanted to ask you what you made of their statement "Robust base case for PFS released". What does that even mean? If this is not a 'proper PFS', how are they allowed to quote PFS if in fact it is not a signed off PFS?
