    I believe it will be happening. They will definite sharing some facility. Look at the south Africa and Brazil. They are doing this already. A new company can be formed only for processing plant and both company do DSO. This is the benefit of these two company because they are close to each other. 

    As I said these two company have similar mine. One increase the other will not stay.
