Yep, that's about the gist of what I have read on AVL threads.

Over there, their website says this for their gas:

• Capital costs of approximately US$360M (±35%). This includes owner’s costs, contingencies and gas pipeline investment.
• Pricing estimates for natural gas are based on quotes for gas delivery to site from energy infrastructure providers

So, would you say they are similarly stuffed?
