I agree with your comment,  In our case some of the original vendors are beleguarded prospectors....how many of these do you know that have long memories or longwinded heritage...unless you are Mark Creasy  ..all you want to do is get on with the next venture regardless of past success.

Pity they cant enjoy the long game.  Once asorbed then long termers will take over.
