Money made...........there is no "hard proof" available to you or the market until an ASX announcement has been made.  Speculating ? No more than you!
Business principles dictate that sensible due diligence comes to the very conclusions that I have stated.  If you don't agree thats fine. Does not worry me at all. You require, like some to be lead only by ASX announcements.

Also there is no evidence of a JV needed or happening either as far as the market is concerned, I would like to point out. I have also reasoned as to why a JV is unnecessary. 
 
Your facts and my facts could be/are different.

Your lack of understanding business methods is note able by your lack of both noticing and the understanding of the "cavate" I have now been putting at the bottom of my posts.    

ps. it is duly noted that you want a JV and not a T/O.
