Yes a masterstroke by Mr Barton and KRR to call it on IRESS "Specialty metals project PFS update" A much better announcement than that of November last year. A much lower CAPEX down 62% from previous CAPEX.
To have a project costing $751 Million to $1.1 Billion (+ or - 20%) for a three commodity project (V2O5, TiO2 and Fe2O3) it is extremely good.
