True, there are a huge number of buyers at 1.9c, a moderate number of sellers at 2.0c and a lot of sellers at 2.1c and above. Those waiting at 1.9c, some will be lucky but most will have to go higher except for a few who benefit from people who need to sell lower for personal reasons. All part of a normal market really.
