Imo, this article is a PR fluff piece.
The headline says:
"Canada Battery Maker Says Flow Storage Costs to Tumble by Half"
The first paragraph says:
"CellCube... said the cost of its technology may halve within four years, potentially boosting its uptake over lithium-ion units."
So it may or may not.
Further, the CellCube web site says:
CellCube .. properties in Nevada contain a pure vanadium resource. Unlike most other vanadium deposits where vanadium is inter-mingled with other metals such as iron, or uranium, the ... properties contain pure vanadium in a carbonaceous shale.

My reading of this suggests CellCube has a better V resource than AEE's.
