Sorry but 5 minutes of google and loosely associating the outcome of a business to someone inside of that business is not considered research.

Just because Vladimir Nikolaenko was a company secretary for Magna mining, how is he responsible for the down fall of the business?

You know what a company secretary is right? They're responsible for ensuring that a company complies with legislation and regulation and keeps the board members informed of their legal responsibilities.

So please come back to this thread when you have some legitimate claims against the guy instead of spreading baseless FUD.



The guy has 30 years of commercial experience in exploration for gold and base metal sectors, and has put $800k of his own cash recently into SRN.

Tell me.. If you invested nearly a million dollars of your own money into a company, where is the logic in you wanting to drive it to the ground?
