Some things are difficult to factor in. For example, did you know Mauritania have had more elections, not a problem but can cause delays. Sweden currently has moose shooting season where hunters converge and from Oct 8th shoot about 90,000 moose. I don't know what effect if any this has on our projects but another issue to deal with no doubt.
