The seller/s managed to manipulate the price down to 2 cents. Is there anyway of knowing the broker who puts these 5 and 10 million sell orders? IMO, there is one seller with three 5 million sell orders and one 10 million order. I bet the seller also has small parcels of buy orders here and there possibly 2 cents is the buy price?
