I'm coming late to this thread, but bought back in today at $2.77 after carefully considering (a) the apparent cash shortage on FY19 targets (which I make at $20m) and (b) the market noise on investigations into pay day lenders et al.

On the first matter, one would be playing Keith John and his management team short by assuming this matter is unknown to them. For starters they have a number of options. I participated in the first bond issue and was lucky to get in. I was somewhat close to one of the parties to the bond gathering and know the interest was intense. I believe they could easily raise $40m again with a ring around of existing participants.

Secondly, don't think that the additional PDP acquisitions of some $84m aren't capable of being used as security for a separate loan. Thirdly, a capital raising for a specific line of additional financing would be met with acceptance by current shareholders and soph sharholders old be adreagnet under its success.

The key point is that being a "winner" on an upward trajectory gives one great options when seeking capital which is used beneficially to grow earnings.

On the second matter, PNC has such a great sorecard when it comes to dealing with customers. Check out slide 9 of the presentation where it says "NPS+16 evidences positive customer experience" - NPS stands for Net Promoter Score and to be in positive is 'positive'. The tier 1 banks which give PNC its business wold be well ion teh negative on a NPC basis which ranges from -100 to +100.

I'm happy to be on board and see this as a great investment in these economic times when the chances of buying quality PDP's will increase.
