to an extent that might be reflected in retention rates. so often companies will report a rr for revenue. if more services are added or more processing volume then a rr of greater than 100% is achieved.
have a look at the Joe Magyer link.
more mature Saas companies routinely have rr of greater than 100%.
so potentially the rr squared could also capture that?

and yes. I believe the cash is just about to start flowing. hopefully they won't do anything silly with it.
