    One strategy of holding Biotechs is to free carry at Binary Decisions, those that purchased down in the high 3c and 4 c range are able to sell half there holdings, now the SP has effectively doubled. Thus now having 50% of their original holding "Free Carry" ..
    I am doing the same on another Biotech at present...
    Nervous Nellies also want to take some profit off the table...
