Hello ST,as mentioned Mercer did leave himself open by trying to do everything. I recallone AGM that I attended, Mercer said that he was personally going to do theselling of the product as well as the marketing and the organising i.e. everything!Then he supervised an under numbered trial and I believe that is what the EUrejected as inadequate and then did the “device” change. Yes I think there wassome shafting done by the EU, but overall Mercer provided them with a mess. Butthat’s history – what I am worried about now is that shareholders realise thepotential of this great product that this little company has. It sickens mewhen I see people advocating accepting a takeover in the vicinity of $0.10-$0.34and thinking it’s a good deal!
Incidentally– Do you remember when that trader illegally forced the share up to $.87? Didhe get jail time?
I havealways taken notice of your posts ST and I used to like the posts of DYOR.Unfortunately he became totally disillusioned with TIS and left the scene. Hopefullyhe may return.
