Technically it looks bullish but I don't understand why it should be on a fundamental basis. Are people chasing the dividend?
1. Breakout above swing point high (1.52) on daily time frame.
2. Volume increase last 8 days showing strong buyer support with this rally.
3. Next resistance 1.545 (if it breaks above this level watch out).
4. Weekly MACD about to cross above zero (ie 12 EMA about to cross above 26 EMA) - Bullish
5. Break above top Bollinger Band on weekly time frame - Bullish
