A quick check shows that over 91m shares were issued to the Solomon's and Messrs Le Page, Richardson and related companies to retire outstanding debts (directors fees and so on). So unless there was a debt to Tasman, the Tasman holding has been diluted, while the Solomon's and Mr Le Page and Mr Richardson have made a handy profit.Business as usual.
