totally agree that labour is the big driver, I never implied anything else. In fact the cost of labour is the major factor in my whole calculation i.e. by using less concrete the pour is over more quickly, by using less steel the preparation time is reduced and due to the longevity of the concrete there will be less repairs along the way and not as many total relays (roads/highways/bridges etc.). This is why EdenCrete is a no brainer.
