I'm not sure I fully agree MB49.
Labour is the big driver in construction now. Not materials. If workers don't need to place and tie steel, rather order concrete with EDE magic dust in it, the actual pour costs are the same, so difference overall is cost to supply and place steel vs cost of magic dust additive. This surely would amount to a major saving unless the raw cost of the dust is over the top.
