I wouldn't be too certain about this. It appears that CRZ maybe forced to acquire the remainder of iCar Asia in order to get full control and try and turn around its fortunes. This exposes further capital whilst adding a loss making company to its portfolio that would be 100% their responsibility.

With other overseas investment on a significant scale not setting the world on fire, in addition to more targeted plays at their local market CRZ looks a lot more exposed in terms of future earnings. It is the earnings growth year on year that has driven the share price to where it is, so I am of the view there is a further correction coming.

Local Manufacturers withdrawing New Vehicle listings and looking at other alternatives can also have an earnings impact......More to come I reckon which is why we see the share price where it is,
