I've started to accumulate, sure its at a 3 year low so I think it's good value, they've been paying good dividends. Even if they reduce the dividend to 5 cents a year, it's still a better return than term deposit returns. My thoughts are that anything around the $1 mark is good. It's had a bit of a bounce today, however I'd be pleased to see a run back over $1.20ish.
Again a take over opportunity could also happen at these prices. Wishful perhaps.
