I recall there was a payrun about 6 months ago that was delayed, although the reason given was 'someone forgot to release the payment'. I suspect more a timing issue. I am now a very happy ex employee, I can't see any improvements in the situation since I left and I understand it is worse. Not meeting their liabilities when due, especially payroll liabilities, should be a red flag. If the company makes it to June 30th I would expect auditors would have serious concerns about the future.
