I agree: the BI amount received is unlikely to be that material to MGX. In this regard I am a bit concerned as the market may be expecting an unreasonably large sum. The final amount will likely disappoint, possibly leading to SP weakness.

I've stopped being concerned about the BI payout since the sea wall payout, that was the major one. Extra cash is always welcome, but if MGX don't know what to do with $420M, what makes you think they'll be any better with, say, $440M?
