i would not worry for his shares
he got most of them for nothin??
the one bought on market could be just teaser to excite the appetitat of new naive buyers??
and to keep control??
at the end he will get it all for nothin,, if nobody buys??
and so far nobody did buy or accumulate??
just straight thrue selling and still now..
