    Re the Merger: If any of you are considering buying MRP to convert to IRC later, you should instead be buying more IRC . Currently the MRP conversion price (at 8.3 cents is valuing IRC at 15 cents. You can buy IRC right now at 12.5 to 13 cents. I was considering buying MRP shares (to convert to IRC later) but instead I have been buying more IRC.
