In these kinds of situations, it doesn't pay to be either bullish or bearish, because someone around will know what is going on, imo, but it isn't us! Our seller is giving the market the message that if they bid up, he will just knock the price down again- that's for now- it could change. It doesn't mean the T/O is off- we still have 3 parties snooping.
