The valuation will be what it will be.
AUT paid $68,000 for proven acres, partially developed.
The chance of getting that without a bidding war seems unlikely but I would be very happy if they got over half that amount per acre.
For high price: Field is partially developed with strong initial IP better than the AUT acres. But AUT is on limited choke, No Info for us
Against high price: Small number of acres, not contiguous acres, seemingly a motivated seller.
Any thoughts?
