valuations are totally wrong here

the market has this one dead wrong.. 100% dead wrong

if texon was to advertise the efs acreages at $15k per acre right now, there would be a major riot and a stampede..

the asset would be sold in an hour!!

if you wish to sell an asset, the market views that as being weak, and prices you down?

whats really odd is that the efs and the austin chalks are producing for texon, so the depth of the oilfield is quite large. the efs is not just a shale play, it also encompasses the chalks above.

the olmos, well its producing.. so is it a new reservoir?
does it add value?
